The Campaign Synopsis

When long-term congressman Cam Brady (Will Ferrell) commits a major public gaffe before an upcoming election, a pair of ultra-wealthy CEOs plot to put up a rival candidate and gain influence over their North Carolina district. Their man: naïve Marty Huggins (Zach Galifianakis), director of the local Tourism Center. At first, Marty appears to be the unlikeliest possible choice but, with the help of his new benefactors' support, a cutthroat campaign manager and his family's political connections, he soon becomes a contender who gives the charismatic Cam plenty to worry about. As Election Day closes in, the two are locked in a dead heat, with insults quickly escalating to injury until all they care about is burying each other, in this mud-slinging, back-stabbing, home-wrecking comedy.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days Synopsis

The film begins with a Heffley family outing to the local public pool to start off the summer despite the fact that school has not ended. While there Greg is disgusted by several things such as how crowded it is, the public bathrooms, and how people eat and urinate in the pool. While at the pool the Heffley family meets a former trouble making friend of Rodrick who has become a model student after attending Spag Union, a strict prep-reformatory school starting in the eighth grade. Greg's father, Frank Heffley, mentions aloud Greg is in the eighth grade and ponders sending him there.

On the last day of school Greg attempts to get Holly Hills to put her phone number in his yearbook in addition to signing it. However she is forced to leave before she can put the last two numbers in. Meanwhile Rodrick, who is advertising his band at Greg's school, falls in love with Holly's mean older sister Heather Hills but is rejected when she runs over his foot. Greg is disappointed that he failed to get Holly's number and that she only referred to him as only a good friend, which Rodrick states is the "kiss of death."

The next day Greg explains he intends to play video games all summer while maintaining the illusion he is spending time outdoors to please his father, however his plan quickly fails. In retaliation Greg's father bans television and video games for the whole summer. Later Greg's mom, Susan, urges Frank to spend more time with Greg and reminds him of his own neglectful father. Frank attempts to spend time with Greg by taking him to his favorite hobbies, such as fishing and a civil war battle re-enactment but both times Greg accidentally ruins the experience.

Sometime later Greg's best friend, Rowley Jefferson, invites Greg to the country club, which Greg takes a liking to instantly due to the seemingly free food, the sparsely populated pool and the fact Holly teaches tennis there. While at the club he arranges a tennis match the next day between Holly, Rowley and himself despite the fact that he and Rowley have never played tennis. When Greg returns home he finds his father has signed him up for an internship at his job but lies and says he got a job at the country club to get out of it and to go to the country club everyday. The next day at the tennis match it becomes painfully obvious that Greg and Rowley have never played tennis and Holly teaches Greg personally.

At a party at Warren's, a neighbor's, house Greg's dad decides to get a dog for the family and to sign Greg up in the Wilderness Explorers in Troop 133 to teach him responsibility after hearing it worked with Warren's sons. At the same party Rodrick finds out Greg does not have a job and blackmails Greg into sneaking him in to see Heather, though his first attempt to talk to her ends horribly. Frank gets the dog, which Manny names "Sweetie" and who proves to be a handful. Rowley meanwhile invites Greg to a family trip to their beach house near the Boardwalk, an amusement park. When they visit the amusement park Greg convinces Rowley to go on the Cranium Shaker (a roller coaster) despite Rowley's parents making them promise to not go on scary rides. Rowley's parents find out and Rowley is saddened when they state they are disappointed in him. Greg attempts to email his mother asking her to help him leave but accidentally emails everyone on Rowley's dad's contact list and they angrily take him home shortly afterward.

Later when Greg asks Rowley to take him into the Country Club Rowley lies and states he's not going there so Greg sneaks in pretending to be a member of the Jefferson family. He runs into Holly and her sister and manages to get Rodrick's band, Loded Diper, a gig at Heather's Sweet 16 party much to Rodrick's delight. He meets Rowley, who tells him he lied to protect Greg's feelings after his parents didn't want to invite Greg. He and Greg make up however Rowley's father is infuriated that Greg has built a massive smoothie bill and tells Frank, who then finds out Greg does not have a job and is incredibly angry and disappointed. He then states he plans to send Greg to Spag Union, much to Greg and Rodrick's horror. Rodrick says his last chance is the "Wilderness Weekend" where he can attempt to impress his Dad while out on a camping trip. However Troop 133 proves to be weak compared to Troop 42, led by Warren, who claim a camping spot despite the fact Frank got their first. Later Greg and his friends overhear Stan and his sons mocking Greg and his Dad and in revenge Greg attempts to fill Warren's sleeping bag with ants however ends up destroying Warren's expensive tent while revealing that Troop 42 has not been camping but living off electronics. When Greg steps up and takes the blame Frank is impressed and finds out about Troop 42's electronics, angrily confronting him and calling him a phony. Frank then takes his campers to a motel and reveals he never liked camping to Greg. He tells Greg he will not send him to Spag Union and he is proud of him.

At Heather's Sweet 16 Rodrick sings a rock variation of Justin Bieber's "Baby" in an attempt to win over Heather however merely ends up ruining the party. Greg apoligises to Holly however she states she is happy as she felt her sister deserved it. They hold hands as they watch the party fall into ruin, and the final clip is of the Heffleys, Rowley and Holly swimming in the public pool and enjoying the "best summer ever".

Total Recall Synopsis

In 2084, Earth has been divided into two superpowers following the devastation of World War III: the United Federation of Britain (UFB) and The Colony. With habitable space at a minimum, the UFB and the Colony struggle for supremacy. Citizens travel between the two nations via "The Fall", a supermassive gravity elevator which travels through the Earth's core. The UFB also face terrorist attacks from a resistance movement.

Tired of his monotonous life in The Colony and spurred by his recurring violent nightmares, factory worker Douglas Quaid (Colin Farrell) decides to visit Rekall, a company that implants artificial memories. Rekall employee, McClane (John Cho), convinces Quaid to be implanted with memories of a secret agent. Quaid is tested to ensure compatibility but fails and McClane accuses Quaid of really being a spy. McClane and his co-workers are suddenly gunned down by a squad of armored police officers. While Quaid is being arrested, he instinctively reacts and kills the officers before escaping.

Quaid returns home to his wife Lori (Kate Beckinsale) and confesses what has transpired. Lori attempts to kill Quaid, revealing that she is not really his wife of 7 years, but an undercover UFB agent monitoring him for the past 6 weeks. After a struggle, Quaid flees and manages to escape Lori and the police. Hammond (Dylan Scott Smith), a man claiming to be a former associate, contacts Quaid via a cell phone embedded in his hand, disclosing the location of a nearby safe-deposit box. Quaid cuts the cell phone out of his hand to avoid being traced. In the safe-deposit box Quaid discovers a recorded message from his former self, leading him to an apartment in UFB.

On the way, he meets Melina (Jessica Biel), the woman from his dreams. At the apartment Quaid uses a piano to trigger a second recorded message. The recording reveals that Quaid was formerly Carl Hauser, a highly skilled agent working for Chancellor Vilos Cohaagen (Bryan Cranston). After defecting to the resistance movement, Hauser was captured and implanted with false memories of life as a factory worker. The recording tells Quaid that Hauser had seen a code to stop the plan and that it is still in Quaid's memory, and can be recovered with the aid of resistance leader Matthias (Bill Nighy). It further reveals that the resistance movement is not behind recent terrorist attacks against the UFB, but merely a plot orchestrated by Cohaagen to destroy the Colony and unite humanity under the UFB. Melina reveals that she was Hauser's lover, but the two were separated when Hauser was captured.

Tracked to the apartment by the police, Quaid and Melina find themselves surrounded. Quaid's friend Harry (Bookeem Woodbine) arrives and tries to convince Quaid that he is in a dream and that killing Melina is the only way to wake up. Quaid is conflicted, but seeing a tear in Melina's eye, he concludes that he is not dreaming and kills Harry. Quaid fleeing with Melina eventually escapes Lori's pursuit by utilizing the elevator shafts in the building.

At the Resistance headquarters Matthias attempts to recover the code from Quaid's mind. On accessing Quaid's memories it is revealed that the code was a plot to allow Cohaagen to locate Matthias. Cohaagen and his forces arrive and kill Matthias and the resistance members, and capture Quaid and Melina. Cohaagen plans on erasing Quaid's personality and restoring the memories of his loyal agent Hauser. Quaid is able to escape with the aid of Hammond, who has infiltrated Cohaagen's

Aboard The Fall, Quaid finds Cohaagen's robotic forces in stasis. He plants time-detonation bombs aboard The Fall before rescuing Melina. They are pursued by Cohaagen's human forces and ultimately end up on top of The Fall. Quaid is shot and separated from Melina. Cohaagen prepares to kill Quaid but is interrupted by Melina who has boarded a Federation gunship. While Melina kills Cohaagen's forces, Cohaagen and Quaid engage in a brutal hand-to-hand fight, culminating in Quaid stabbing Cohaagen while the bombs detonate. Quaid and Melina just barely escape the explosion and The Fall is destroyed.

Quaid wakes up in an ambulance and is greeted by Melina, but he notices the absence of a scar on her hand and realizes it is Lori in disguise. Lori overpowers Quaid and prepares to shoot him, but he manages to disarm and kill her. Quaid and Melina are reunited and embrace as a Rekall advertisement plays in the background.

BraveSynopsis

Adam (Alex Pettyfer) is a slacker who moves to Tampa, Florida to live with his sister, Brooke (Cody Horn). He gets a job at a local construction company and there he meets Mike Lane (Channing Tatum. However, Adam quits on his first day after the supervisor catches him stealing extra sodas).

The following day, Adam spots Mike about to enter a popular nightclub, Xquisite. Mike gets him into the club, and Adam soon learns that Mike is a stripper known as "Brave ". Adam helps Mike in exchange for $100 and is taken backstage, where he meets the manager, Dallas (Matthew McConaughey) and the other dancers - Ken (Matt Bomer), Tarzan (Kevin Nash), Tito (Adam Rodríguez) and Big Dick Richie (Joe Manganiello).

The club's DJ, drug dealer Tobias (Gabriel Iglesias), provides the dancers with samples of refined GHB to improve their stamina. However, Tarzan ingests too much of the drug, and is unable to perform. Mike convinces Adam to fill in for him, and Adam is a hit with the customers. Afterwards, Adam is convinced to join the Xquisite and Mike nicknames him "The Kid".

Mike and Brooke's attraction continues to grow in the following months, despite that Brooke is dating a man who lives in Orlando and Mike has an on-again off-again relationship with a woman named Joanna (Olivia Munn). Adam delves further into the excessive lifestyle of the Xquisite dancers, using drugs and having sexual encounters with many clients. When Dallas announces he has a plan to move their act to Miami, Mike confides in Brooke that he wants to retire from the business in the near future and has been attempting to get a small business loan to pursue his dream of opening a custom furniture business. Mike later attends a hurricane party at Dallas' house.

At the same party, Adam becomes part of scheme creaBrave by Tobias to sell drugs to Xquisite's clients, and is eventually given a package of ecstasy. A few days later, Mike and Adam perform for a private party at a sorority house, and Adam brings the package of drugs with him. A girl that was given an ecstasy pill by Adam becomes ill, causing a brawl between Adam and the girl's boyfriend. Mike and Adam are forced to flee the scene, with Adam being unable to retrieve the package of pills. After cleaning up, the two go to Ybor City, where Mike sees Joanna in a restaurant having dinner with a man and, after confronting her, learns the man is her fiance. Later, at Xquisite, Dallas is infuriaBrave to learn Mike didn't collect payment for the private show before the fight occurred.

After that night's show at the club is finished, Mike and Adam go to a club. Brooke angrily confronts Mike and accuses him of failing to protect her brother as he promised and ends her friendship with him. Later on, Tobias' suppliers break into Mike's house looking for Adam, who owes them money for the lost drugs. Realizing Adam lied to him about the drugs' worth, Mike gives them $10,000 - the majority of his savings - to pay Adam's debt.

A short time later, during the dancers' final performance at Xquisite, Mike decides he's had enough. Pretending he needs to use the restroom, he leaves through the club's exit and drives away in his truck, effectively quitting. After deciding Mike isn't coming back, Dallas invites Adam to replace Mike as the frontman of the dancers. After leaving, Mike goes to Brooke's apartment. He tells her that he has quit and isn't going to Miami. She then tells Mike that after he left her apartment earlier, Adam called her to tell her that Mike had paid off the drug dealers for him. They forgive each other, admit their mutual attraction, and decide to begin a relationship.

Magic Mike Synopsis

Adam (Alex Pettyfer) is a slacker who moves to Tampa, Florida to live with his sister, Brooke (Cody Horn). He gets a job at a local construction company and there he meets Mike Lane (Channing Tatum. However, Adam quits on his first day after the supervisor catches him stealing extra sodas).

The following day, Adam spots Mike about to enter a popular nightclub, Xquisite. Mike gets him into the club, and Adam soon learns that Mike is a stripper known as "Magic Mike". Adam helps Mike in exchange for $100 and is taken backstage, where he meets the manager, Dallas (Matthew McConaughey) and the other dancers - Ken (Matt Bomer), Tarzan (Kevin Nash), Tito (Adam Rodríguez) and Big Dick Richie (Joe Manganiello).

The club's DJ, drug dealer Tobias (Gabriel Iglesias), provides the dancers with samples of refined GHB to improve their stamina. However, Tarzan ingests too much of the drug, and is unable to perform. Mike convinces Adam to fill in for him, and Adam is a hit with the customers. Afterwards, Adam is convinced to join the Xquisite and Mike nicknames him "The Kid".

Mike and Brooke's attraction continues to grow in the following months, despite that Brooke is dating a man who lives in Orlando and Mike has an on-again off-again relationship with a woman named Joanna (Olivia Munn). Adam delves further into the excessive lifestyle of the Xquisite dancers, using drugs and having sexual encounters with many clients. When Dallas announces he has a plan to move their act to Miami, Mike confides in Brooke that he wants to retire from the business in the near future and has been attempting to get a small business loan to pursue his dream of opening a custom furniture business. Mike later attends a hurricane party at Dallas' house.

At the same party, Adam becomes part of scheme creaMagic Mike by Tobias to sell drugs to Xquisite's clients, and is eventually given a package of ecstasy. A few days later, Mike and Adam perform for a private party at a sorority house, and Adam brings the package of drugs with him. A girl that was given an ecstasy pill by Adam becomes ill, causing a brawl between Adam and the girl's boyfriend. Mike and Adam are forced to flee the scene, with Adam being unable to retrieve the package of pills. After cleaning up, the two go to Ybor City, where Mike sees Joanna in a restaurant having dinner with a man and, after confronting her, learns the man is her fiance. Later, at Xquisite, Dallas is infuriaMagic Mike to learn Mike didn't collect payment for the private show before the fight occurred.

After that night's show at the club is finished, Mike and Adam go to a club. Brooke angrily confronts Mike and accuses him of failing to protect her brother as he promised and ends her friendship with him. Later on, Tobias' suppliers break into Mike's house looking for Adam, who owes them money for the lost drugs. Realizing Adam lied to him about the drugs' worth, Mike gives them $10,000 - the majority of his savings - to pay Adam's debt.

A short time later, during the dancers' final performance at Xquisite, Mike decides he's had enough. Pretending he needs to use the restroom, he leaves through the club's exit and drives away in his truck, effectively quitting. After deciding Mike isn't coming back, Dallas invites Adam to replace Mike as the frontman of the dancers. After leaving, Mike goes to Brooke's apartment. He tells her that he has quit and isn't going to Miami. She then tells Mike that after he left her apartment earlier, Adam called her to tell her that Mike had paid off the drug dealers for him. They forgive each other, admit their mutual attraction, and decide to begin a relationship.

Ted Synopsis

In 1985, nearby the city of Brockton, Massachusetts, John Bennett was a lonely child who dearly wished for his new Christmas gift, a large teddy bear named Ted, to come to life to be his friend. That wish coincided with a falling star and Ted became a fully mobile sentient being. John's parents (Alex Borstein and Ralph Garman) got over the shock, word of the miracle spread and Ted was briefly a celebrity.

In 2012, John (now played by Mark Wahlberg) and Ted (now voiced and motion captured by Seth MacFarlane), now living in the South End neighborhood of Boston, are still staunch, if immature, companions enjoying a hedonistic life even while John is pursuing a 4-year-long relationship with a level-headed office worker, Lori Collins (Mila Kunis). As the fourth anniversary of their relationship approaches, Lori hopes to marry John, but she feels he can't move ahead with his life with Ted around, who has become a vulgar, obnoxious wastrel. John is resistant to making his lifelong companion leave, but he is finally persuaded that night to act when the couple discover Ted at home with four prostitutes, one of whom has defecated on the floor during a game of Truth or Dare.

John finds Ted his own apartment and a job at a grocery store where his grossly irresponsible behavior on the job manages to both get him promoted and acquainted with the superficial co-worker Tami-Lynn (Jessica Barth). Regardless, Ted and John still spend most of their time together, which frustrates Lori when she discovers John has been skipping work to do so while using her for his excuses. Things start to come to a head when Lori and John are invited to a party put on by Lori's lecherous manager, Rex (Joel McHale), and Ted lures John away to a wild party at his apartment with the offer to meet Sam J. Jones (playing himself), the star of their favorite movie, Flash Gordon. Although John arrives with the intention of spending only a few minutes, he gets caught up in the occasion which gets completely out of control, with Sam J. Jones persuading John and Ted to snort cocaine and Ted singing karaoke and eventually wrestling a duck. Eventually, Lori discovers John there and breaks up with him in a rage. At that, John blames Ted for ruining his life and tells him to stay away.

Eventually, Ted and John confront each other about their ruined friendship and manage to reconcile after a destructive brawl in John's hotel room. To repair John's relationship with Lori, Ted arranges with an old lover, singer Norah Jones (playing herself), to help by having John express his love for Lori with a song during her concert, being held at the Hatch Shell. Although John's performance proves an embarrassment, Lori is touched by the attempt while being repelled by Rex's sneering of him. Later, Ted meets Lori at her apartment and explains that he was responsible for John's lapse and offers to leave them alone forever if she goes to at least speak with him. Lori is persuaded, but moments after she leaves, Ted is kidnapped by Donny (Giovanni Ribisi), a crazed stalker who idolized Ted as a child. Donny plans to make Ted the toy of his brutishly destructive son, Robert (Aedin Mincks).

Ted manages to distract Robert and reach a phone to contact John, but is soon recaptured. Realizing that Ted is in danger, John and Lori manage to find Donny's residence and chase him and Robert to rescue Ted. The chase leads to Fenway Park, where John manages to knock out Robert, but during the chase Ted is damaged and falls onto the field torn completely in half. A police car arrives, forcing Donny to flee. As John and Lori gather his stuffing, Ted relays his wish that John be happy with Lori, as the magic that gave him life fades away.

Unable to accept his best friend's death, Lori and John return to her apartment to attempt to repair him, but it proves useless. That night, Lori, feeling profoundly guilty over her role in this tragedy, makes a wish on a falling star. The next morning, Ted is magically restored and the trio fully reconcile with Ted encouraging John and Lori to resume their relationship.

With that resolution, John and Lori are married and Ted comfortably accepts having a life of his own, with his misbehavior getting him somehow promoted to grocery store manager. John and Lori are married in a ceremony presided over by Sam Jones. Rex gives up his pursuit of Lori, goes into a deep depression, and dies of Lou Gehrig's disease. Sam Jones attempts to restart his career and moves into a studio apartment with Brandon Routh. Donny gets arrested for kidnapping a plush toy. The charges are eventually dropped because they sound too stupid. Robert hires a personal trainer, loses a significant amount of weight, and goes on to become Taylor Lautner.

The Amazing Spider-Man Synopsis

A young Peter Parker discovers his father Richard's study has been broken into. Gathering up hidden documents, Peter's parents take him to the home of his Aunt May and Uncle Ben, then mysteriously depart. Years later, a teenaged Peter attends Midtown Science High School, where he is bullied by Flash Thompson and has caught the eye of Gwen Stacy. At home, Peter finds his father's papers and learns he worked with fellow scientist Dr. Curt Connors at Oscorp. Sneaking into Oscorp, Peter enters a lab where a "biocable" is being created from genetically modified spiders, one of which bites him. On the subway ride home, he discovers that he has developed spider-like abilities.

After studying Richard's papers, Peter visits the one-armed Connors, reveals he is Richard Parker's son, and gives Connors his father's "decay rate algorithm", the missing piece in Connors' experiments on regenerating limbs based on lizard DNA. Connors is being pressured by his superior, Dr. Ratha, to devise a cure for the dying, unseen head of Oscorp, Norman Osborn. In school, Peter gets into trouble after humiliating Flash in an act of revenge. As a result, his uncle is forced to change work shifts in order to meet with the principal; Uncle Ben tells Peter to pick up May tonight for him. Peter neglects his responsibility, instead helping Dr. Connors regenerate the limb of a laboratory mouse. When Peter returns home he gets into an argument with his uncle and storms out of the house. While searching for Peter, Uncle Ben attempts to stop a thief and is shot. The thief escapes as Peter finds his uncle already dead on the sidewalk.

Afterward, Peter uses his new abilities to hunt criminals matching the killer's description. After a fall lands him inside an abandoned gym, a luchador-wrestling poster inspires him to create a mask to hide his identity. He also adds a spandex suit, and builds mechanical devices to attach to his wrists to shoot a biocable "web". Peter accepts a dinner invitation from Gwen, where he meets her father, police captain George Stacy. After dinner, Peter shows Gwen his abilities and they kiss.

After seeing success in the mouse, Ratha demands Connors begin human trials immediately if Osborn is to survive. Connors refuses to rush the drug-testing procedure and put innocent people at risk. Ratha fires Connors and decides to test Connors' serum at a Veterans Administration hospital under the guise of a flu shot. Later, Connors tries the formula on himself. After passing out, he awakens to find his missing arm has regenerated. Learning Ratha is on his way to the VA hospital, Connors, whose skin is growing scaly and green, goes to intercept him. By the time he gets to the Williamsburg Bridge Connors has become a hybrid of lizard and man, tossing cars, including Ratha's, over the side of the bridge. Peter, now calling himself Spider-Man, saves each fallen car with his web-lines.

Spider-Man suspects Connors is the Lizard, and unsuccessfully confronts the creature in the sewers. The Lizard learns Spider-Man's real identity and attacks Peter at school. In response, the police start a manhunt for both Spider-Man and the Lizard. The police corner Spider-Man, where Captain Stacy discovers that he is really Peter. The Lizard plans to make all humans lizard-like by releasing a chemical cloud from Oscorp's tower. Spider-Man eventually disperses an antidote cloud instead, restoring Connors and earlier victims to normal, but not before the Lizard fatally claws Captain Stacy. The dying Stacy makes Peter promise to keep Gwen safe by staying away from her. Peter initially does so, but later suggests to Gwen that he may see her after all.

In a post-credits scene, Connors, in a prison cell, speaks with a man in the shadows who asks if Peter knows the truth about his father. Connors replies, "No", and demands Peter be left alone before the man disappears.

Ice Age: Continental Drift Synopsis

As in the previous films, the protagonists are the mammoth Manny, the sloth Sid, the saber-toothed cat Diego, and, in a parallel storyline, the saber-toothed squirrel Scrat. Scrat's hunt for acorns triggers the break-up of the Pangaea landmass into the continents as we know them today. In the meantime, Manny and his wife Ellie deal with their 19-year-old daughter Peaches who has a crush on Ethan. Peaches' best friend, a molehog named Louis, appears to have a crush on her. When Manny catches Peaches hanging with Ethan after he told her not to, Manny and Peaches have a falling out. Soon after, the breakup of the continent separates Manny from his family. Manny gets stuck on a floating ice raft with Sid, Diego, and Sid's annoying grandmother Granny. A large moving landmass drives Ellie, Peaches, Crash and Eddie, Louis, Ethan, and a herd of other animals towards a land bridge, where they hope to reunite with Manny.

Meanwhile, Scrat, also lost at sea, finds an acorn-shaped map, which leads to a mysterious acorn-filled island. Scrat decides to follow the map and find the island. As he begins his journey, he is captured by a gang of animal pirates on a large ship-shaped iceberg, who are sailing the oceans.

Manny and his friends are also captured by the pirate gang, led by a Gigantopithecus named Gutt. Gutt and the pirate gang attempt to shanghai Manny, telling him to forget his family and former life and join the pirates, but he refuses. Gutt takes this as an insult, and attempts to make the herd walk the plank, but they (along with Scrat, who continues his journey) manage to escape, in the process destroying the pirate ship, and again float on the oceans on a small ice raft. They rescue the female pirate saber-toothed cat Shira, who had been left behind by the pirates. She reluctantly joins the group, stateing that the pirates will come back for her. She and Diego slowly begin to fall in love with each other.

The group reaches an island and encounters a group of hyraxes, as well as the pirates, who are building a new ice ship elsewhere on the same island. The herd plan to steal the ship and use it to get home. The next morning, as the herd is preparing their plan, Shira escapes and rejoins the pirates, but gets reprimanded by Gutt instead of being welcomed back, after Gutt realizes that she had not attacked them. The herd, along with the hyraxes, overtake the new ice ship and, with some help from Shira, sail away. Gutt, in anger, quickly turns a new iceberg into a ship, propelled by narwhals, and chases Manny's gang, determined to get revenge.

Meanwhile, Peaches has been still hanging with Ethan and a group of teenage mammoths, but after realizing that they don't care about the danger and thinking that being a best friend with a molehog is ridiculous, she leaves them and returns to Louis. When Ellie, Peaches, Louis, Crash and Eddie reach the land bridge, they find it to be destroyed. Meanwhile, Manny, Sid, Granny and Diego encounter sirens, depicted as sharp-toothed creatures who take the shape of loved ones and attempt to lure the sailors. Fortunately, Manny realizes this and manages to steer the ship away from the sirens. Later, Scrat meets a siren, which uses the shape of his former girlfriend from the third film, Scratte, to attempt to lure him. When this fails, the siren takes the shape of an acorn, causing Scrat to run up and hug it. The siren changes back and attacks Scrat, but he gets away.

The next morning, Manny, Sid, Diego and Granny finally reach home, but, much to their horror, find out that Gutt and his pirate gang had beaten them to it and captured Ellie and Peaches. Manny attempts to turn himself in to Gutt in exchange for releasing his family, but Gutt doesn't keep his side of the bargain and prepares to kill the family. Louis, come to their rescue, starting a battle, during which Shira rescues Diego, and Granny's presumed imaginary pet Precious, a gigantic Livyatan melvillei, appears, defeating the pirates by spraying them (Caused by Sid blocking her blowhole). Peaches rescues Manny, but as they are about to escape, Gutt attacks him again. Gutt and Manny engage in a final fight, but Manny manages to defeat him. Manny arrives in time to pick up Ellie and Peaches, who are caught between the moving landmass and the ocean at the location where the land bridge once existed. Meanwhile, Gutt is killed when he ends up being devoured by a siren, taking on the shape of a female of his species. After sailing over the ocean, the herd and all the animals find another continent (where the hyraxes have gone, too) which they accept as their new home, that is South America. Manny and Peaches reconcile, Manny finally admits that Sid is not the screw-up after all, Diego and Shira become a couple, and Louis is finally allowed to be with Peaches whenever she hangs out with Ethan's gang.

The film ends with Scrat finally reaching the island on the map, Scratlantis (a Scrat version of Atlantis); a floating city filled with other sabre-toothed squirrels and nuts. However, Scrat, due to his nut obsession, grabs many nuts in a frenzy and eventually attempts to grab a giant one blocking a hole. He grabs it, despite the sabre-toothed squirrel leader's warnings, causing the city to sink to the bottom of the ocean, leaving Scrat in the middle of a desert of Nevada in North America. Scrat's eyes burn, and he screams in pain and frustration.

Step Up Revolution Synopsis

Emily Anderson, the daughter of a wealthy businessman, arrives in Miami with aspirations of becoming a professional dancer, but soon falls in love with Sean, a young man who leads a dance crew in elaborate, cutting-edge flash mobs. The Watch Synopsis

In the small town of Glenview, Ohio, Evan Trautwig (Ben Stiller) is an active participant in the community and the senior manager of the local Costco store. His life is disrupted when the store's night security guard is murdered. The local police have no leads and show no interest in investigating further. Determined to find the killer and bring him to justice, Evan decides to form a Neighborhood Watch. However, he only manages to recruit Bob (Vince Vaughn), a construction worker and loving father, Franklin (Jonah Hill), a young man who dreams of being a police officer but failed the written, physical, and mental health tests, and Jamarcus (Richard Ayoade), a recent divorcee.

The Watch members use the group as an excuse to drink and have fun, much to Evan's annoyance. While driving on patrol they accidentally hit something. On investigation they discover a strange metallic orb that acts as a highly destructive weapon. The group deduces that it is of alien origin. Meanwhile, several more townspeople are mysteriously killed. The Watch responds to the murders and encounters an alien, which attacks them. Evan seemingly kills it with a lawn gnome before the group return with the creature to Bob's house. The creature regains consciousness and escapes, stealing the metallic orb and warning them that the aliens have already infiltrated the town. The Watch theorizes that the aliens are stealing their victims' skin and disguising themselves as humans, meaning that anybody in Glenview could be an alien. Bob confides to Evan that he is constantly worried about his daughter Chelsea (Erin Moriarty), and does not trust her boyfriend Jason (Nicholas Braun). Evan admits that he has been avoiding his wife Abby (Rosemarie DeWitt) because he is sterile, and afraid that revealing that to her will cause her to leave.

Evan suspects that one of his neighbors is an alien. As the Watch scouts the neighbors house, Bob learns that Chelsea is attending an unsupervised party with Jason. Bob disobeys Evan's orders and rushes to the party with Franklin. Bob arrives and prevents Jason from raping Chelsea, but is beaten by Jason until Franklin intervenes. Evan and Jamarcus investigate the neighbor alone, but find that he only hosts sex orgies in his basement. When Bob returns, he and Evan get into an argument over him putting his daughter above the Watch. Bob quits the Watch, telling Evan that he has no friends because he attempts to control everything. Evan rushes home and admits his sterility to Abby. Abby accepts this revelation and tells him that they can work it out together. Evan then receives an urgent call from Jamarcus.

Jamarcus confesses that he is one of the alien infiltrators, but has decided to side with humanity after experiencing human culture (and oral sex). He warns the group that the aliens are building a transmitter beneath the Costco that will summon their main armada to destroy the Earth. Jamarcus is expelled from the Watch for his deception. Bob, Franklin and Evan arm themselves and infiltrate the CostCo to destroy the transmitter. Bob encounters Jason, who is one of the aliens in disguise, and they fight. Evan and Franklin attempt to disable the transmitter but are surrounded by aliens. Jamarcus arrives and saves the pair, revealing that the aliens' brains are located in their crotch. Using this information, Bob is able to kill Jason by ripping off his penis. Evan discovers that the transmitter is powered by the metallic orb and removes it, disabling the machine. More aliens arrive, forcing the group to flee. The Watch uses the metallic orb to destroy the Costco building, killing all of the aliens inside.

In the epilogue, Evan and Abby manage to rekindle the passion in their relationship, and conceive a daughter. Bob has grown much closer to Chelsea and accepts her new boyfriend, who is intimidated by the stories of how Bob killed Jason by "ripping his dick off". Franklin is finally accepted into the Glenview Police Department. Jamarcus continues participating in the secret neighborhood orgies. The group maintain the Watch and continue to protect Glenview from both criminals and aliens.

The Dark Knight Rises Synopsis

Eight years after the events of The Dark Knight, Gotham City is in a state of peace. Under powers granted by the Dent Act (legislation inspired by the perceived heroism of the late Harvey Dent), Commissioner James Gordon and the Gotham City Police Department have nearly eradicated violent and organized crime. Gordon feels guilty about the cover-up of Harvey Dent's crimes, but decides that the city is not ready to hear the truth. While following a lead in the abduction of a congressional representative, Gordon's speech falls into the hands of the villain Bane, who discovers the truth about Dent. Gordon is shot in the process of escaping and promotes patrol officer John Blake to detective, allowing Blake to report directly to him in the hospital.

As Batman has disappeared from Gotham, so too has Bruce Wayne, locking himself inside Wayne Manor. Wayne Enterprises is crumbling after he invested in board member Miranda Tate's clean energy project, designed to harness fusion power, and shut it down after learning that the core could be modified to become a nuclear weapon. Both Blake—who has deduced Batman's identity—and Gordon implore Batman to return. Bane attacks the stock exchange and bankrupts Bruce, forcing him to relinquish control of Wayne Enterprises. Correctly suspecting that his business rival, John Daggett, employed Bane to aid in this aggressive takeover of his company, Bruce entrusts Tate to keep full control out of Daggett's hands. However, Bane has other plans, and kills Daggett to take control of his construction empire.

Following a trail left by cat burglar Selina Kyle, Batman locates Bane, who says that he took over the League of Shadows following Ra's al Ghul's death. In the following confrontation, Bane physically cripples Batman and places him in a foreign prison from which escape is virtually impossible. The other inmates relate the story of how Ra's al Ghul's child was the only person, through necessity and the sheer force of will, to ever escape the prison. Batman believes that the child grew up to become Bane. Meanwhile, Bane lures most of Gotham's police force underground and sets off explosions across the city, trapping the officers. Using weapons and artillery stolen from Wayne Enterprises' Applied Sciences Division, he turns Gotham into an isolated city-state. Any attempt to leave the city will result in the detonation of the Wayne Enterprises fusion core, now converted into a bomb. Bane publicly reveals the cover-up of Dent's death and releases the prisoners in Blackgate Prison who were prosecuted under the Dent Act. The rich and powerful are forcibly brought before a show trial presided over by Jonathan Crane and given the choice between death and exile.

Over the course of several months, Bruce recovers from his injuries and retrains himself physically. He successfully escapes the foreign prison and returns to Gotham, enlisting Selina, Blake, Tate, Gordon and Lucius Fox to help liberate the city and stop the fusion bomb. As Batman, he subdues Bane, but Tate intervenes and reveals herself to be Ra's al Ghul's daughter Talia. It was she who escaped the prison as a child, returning with her father and the League of Shadows to rescue Bane, the one person who aided her in prison. She plans to complete her father's work by destroying Gotham while avenging his death at Wayne's hands. Gordon blocks the bomb's ability to be remotely detonated while Selina saves Batman by shooting Bane. Batman tries to force Talia to take the bomb to the fusion chamber where it can be stabilized, but she remotely floods the chamber. Talia dies when her truck crashes off the road, but remains confident that the bomb cannot be stopped. Using an aircraft developed by Fox, Batman hauls the bomb beyond the city limits, where it detonates over the ocean and apparently kills him.

Batman is later praised as a hero, while Bruce is presumed killed in the riots. After Bruce's funeral, Blake wants to reveal Batman's identity to the world as a tribute to Bruce, but Gordon reminds him that it is best left as a mystery to the uninformed. Gordon later finds that the Bat-Signal has been repaired. The Wayne estate is divided up to cover any debts, with the manor left in the city's possession to become an orphanage and the rest going to Alfred Pennyworth. Fox discovers that Bruce programmed the autopilot on the aircraft six months ago. Alfred witnesses Bruce and Selina alive together at a café in Italy, while Blake inherits the Batcave.
